Tasting Notes The palate is rich and full-bodied with luscious fruit sweetness on the middle palate. The tannins are incredibly fine-grained and silky but with great length. The grapes for this wine are foot-crushed and fed by gravity straight into the press after about six days of fermentation on skins. This gentle treatment ensures the wine is not harsh or bitter.
