• The rear garden was designed as one environment forming an organic style with an easy to use atmosphere which reacts off the existing levels and kidney shaped pool layout. The pool space opened up relieving it of the cramped space the existing pool fence gave. The contemporary use of decking design was built into the existing levels. Within the deck design we used platform concepts to hover over the landscape to juxtapose the freeform shape of the pool, giving the space a more modern feel. The area around the pool opened up allowing for more space for sunbathing and other activities. The entertaining area incorporated space for the BBQ. The upper deck appears to caner leave/float over, becoming seating for entertaining. This space will become the focal point off your main living and kitchen area making it more usable and fluid. A steel pergola was designed into the garden as an anchor between the period style of the house and the contempary nature of the garden. To veiw this gard...
